Special Features Section A Successful Move & An Act of Kindness.

Updated: May 29, 2020

I had the privilege of having this below testimonial / story shared with me, and it really moved me and I wanted to share it with all of you. Little acts of kindness are priceless.

Hi there!

I wanted to take a moment and share with you my recent experience with United Moving & Storage.

This move was a very difficult one, in that it was a downsizing move with lots of stuff...and two stops.

Your packers and movers were extremely professional and understanding, as my husband

has dementia and was very confused. Jason Walsh was extremely wonderful with hubby..

even covering him with a packing pad when he got cold! and giving him a snack!

I realized I could not finish up on the day we had to be out, so put a tearful call into Ben Janin late the night before in a panic. The next morning, about 8 am, Andy Woods knocked on my door and took charge.....he even found the reset button on my hot water tank..which I could not find because I couldn't move the boxes that were stacked in front of it!

He not only organized the rest of the move...but he actually helped me get out on time! He took a load of the remaining items in his car to the new location, and when we arrived, Ben Janin showed up and they unloaded everything for me! Thank you so much for making this move as stress free as possible! Your employees are not only professional, but kind and compassionate AND always have a reassuring smile on their faces! I would only recommend United Moving & Storage!

Special thank you to Jason Walsh, Andy Woods, and Ben Janin!

Sincerely,

Peggy

I am so very proud of the level of commitment United Moving & Storage has to their clients.

What's not in the testimonial above is that Andy & his wife also packed up all the plants (Peggy had 30 years worth of plants), and they delivered them all to their new home.

Jason also not only covered Peggy's husband's lap with a clean moving blanket, he also gave him his coat because his coat was already packed, and the snack he gave was his lunch, a sandwich & a slice of cheesecake!!
