February is the national awareness month for heart health in the United States, with one day set aside as National Wear Red Day to raise awareness of heart disease. February is the perfect time to learn about your risk for heart disease and the steps you need to take now to help your heart. Heart disease—and the conditions that lead to it—can happen at any age.
Red, Set, Go’s virtual event will "Run" all through the month of February and all proceeds will benefit the OMC Foundation.
In turn, the Foundation provides Olympic Medical Center with funds to purchase new medical equipment. This year, monies raised will be going towards new EKG machines. With your participation, you will receive lots of goodies! Grab your friends and family and head outdoors.
