FREE Weekly Tech Help in Kitsap County.
Have you heard of Kitsap Computing Seniors? it’s a local nonprofit organization in Kitsap County, Washington whose aim is to help people of all ages with technology.
Guess what? They host a FREE Open Computer Lab every Thursday at the East Bremerton Sylvan Way library from 11 am to 12:30 pm PT.
But wait, there’s more! Starting in March 2025, they’ll also be offering help over Zoom every Thursday for those who can’t make it to the library.
Here’s how it works: Each week, they’ll host a short presentation on Zoom from 11 am to 11:30 am PT. Then, volunteers will help those attending in person with their questions. You can bring your own device to get help with specific issues, or you can use one of the library’s laptops.
Digital Helpmates is a big supporter of KCS, and we try to attend these drop-in clinics as often as we can to offer the same help we give our paying clients, but for FREE.
If you’re interested in learning more, check out the Kitsap Computing Seniors website and click on the green “Click to See Classes” button.

While you’re there, we hope you will consider joining Kitsap Computing Seniors! They offer many opportunities to socialize, stay informed on current tech topics, and get help with your devices. Membership is just $20 / year!
